Untuk ke 4 Resep Masakan Hidangan Lebaran kali ini kami memilih resep semur daging sapi. Rasanya yang manis gurih sangat khas untuk hidangan lebaran yang special. Selain dimasak dengan daging, bumbu semur ini dapat dikreasikan dengan tahu, tempe, ayam dan daging itik. Selamat mencoba!
Bahan-bahan Semur Daging :
- Daging sapi 500 gram (potong-potong sesuai selera)
- Duan salam 3 lembar
- Serai 1 buah (ikat simpul)
- Garam, gula dan penyedap rasa secukupnya
- Kecap manis 3 sendok makan (Bisa pakai Bango atau ABC)
- Air 1 liter
- Minyak secukupnya untuk menumis
- Bumbu Halus Semur :
- Merica butir 1 sendok teh
- Cabai merah 5 buah
- Cabai rawit merah 10 buah
- Bawang putih 5 siung
- Bawang merah 8 siung
- Jahe 1 ruas
- Lengkuas 2 ruas
Cara Membuat Semur Daging Sapi Special Lebaran :
- Langkah awal siapkan semua bahan, tumis bumbu halus bersama daun salam dan serai sampai tercium aroma wangi sedap dan matang. Tambahkan garam, gula dab penyedap rasa.
- Setelah itu masukkan daging, aduk sampai bumbu merata dan meresap.
- Jika bumbu sudah meresap dan daging sudah berubah warna dan empuk, masukkan air.
- Saat air setengah menyusut, masukkan kecap manis.
- Koreksi rasa silahkan tambahkan bumbu sesuai selera dan masak sampai air mengering dan mengeluarkan minyak.
- Semur sapi lebaran siap dinikmati bersama potongan ketupat atau nasi putih biasanya. Mantap!
