Ketiga, Resep Serundeng Daging Khas Lebaran
Selain untuk sajian lebaran, makanan pendamping serundeng daging ini enak juga loh dikonsumsi sehari-hari. Serundeng yang biasanya mengunakan bahan utama parutan kelapa ini, ternyata enak banget loh diganti dengan daging. - Daging sapi 500 gram
- Kelapa parut kasar 500 gram
- Bawang merah 10 siung
- Bawang putih 8 siung
- Ketumbar 1 sendok makan
- Cabai merah 100 gram
- Kunyit 1 ruas
- Jahe 1 ruas
- Lengkuas 2 ruas (geprek)
- Sereh 3 batang (geprek)
- Daun jeruk 7 lembar (iris-iris)
- Gula merah 1 buletan
- Kecap manis 2 sendok makan
Cara Mengolah Serundeng Daging Lebaran :
- Langkah awal rebus daging hingga empuk, suwir-suwir.
- Gongseng (sangrai) kelapa hingga setengah kering.
- Selanjutnya haluskan semua bumbu seperti bawang merah, putih, kunyit, jahe, sebagian cabai (yang sebagian cabai di iris-iris), ketumbar dan gula merah.
- Setelah itu daging suwir dan kelapa sangrai direndam dengan bumbu halus, tambahkan kecap, garam dan sedikit air kaldu rebusan. Diamkan selama 5 hingga 10 menit hingga bumbu meresap.
- Tumis bawang merah, cabai merah iris, lengkuas dan sereh hingga tercium aroma sedap. Masukkan campuran daging dan irisan daun jeruk, masak terus hingga daging kering.
- Cicipi rasa, silahkan tambahkan bumbu lainnya sesuai selera sampai sesuai selera. Selesai.
